Shipping and returns
In short: shipping within Spain is free and you have 14 days to return or exchange.
This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
Shipping
- Free shipping within Spain. The shipping cost is already included in the price you see here and on Etsy.
- We ship from Mallorca with Correos (the Spanish postal service).
- Each Etsy listing shows how long we take to prepare your order and the estimated delivery date before you pay. Etsy lets you know when it’s on its way.
- Need it sooner? For many products you can choose express shipping at checkout (Correos Paq Premium, usually 1–3 working days) for a small extra charge.
- For now we only ship within Spain. If you’re in another country and something caught your eye, message us on Etsy and we’ll see what we can do.
Returns and exchanges
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or an exchange.
- Message us on Etsy from the order itself and we’ll tell you how to send it back.
- The product must come back unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered.
- Etsy issues the refund to the same payment method you used.
Did something arrive broken?
We’re really sorry. Message us on Etsy as soon as you receive it, with a photo of the product and the parcel, and we’ll sort it out.
